Nudg3 is a brand intelligence platform that monitors and measures brand visibility across AI-powered search engines. It tracks how brands appear across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and more — then turns that data into scored reports, optimisation recommendations, and a trackable action pipeline.
What Nudg3 Is
Nudg3 monitors brand visibility across AI search, and gives marketing teams the metrics, reports, and action plans to improve it.
When consumers ask ChatGPT “what’s the best insurance provider?”, ask Perplexity “compare FNB vs Capitec”, or see a Google AI Overview for “best medical aid in South Africa” — brands either appear prominently, get mentioned in passing, or don’t appear at all. Nudg3 tracks all of this, across every major AI provider, every day.
One-line pitch: “We monitor your brand across multiple AI search providers, score your visibility with a deterministic metric, and give you a prioritised action plan to improve it — with weekly reports that track the trend over time.”
The Problem We Solve
AI-powered search is now a meaningful discovery channel. ChatGPT has 200M+ weekly active users. Google AI Overviews appear on 45% of finance queries and 88% of healthcare queries. Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot all generate brand recommendations daily.
But brands can’t see this channel:
- GA4 can’t track it. ~70% of AI-referred traffic is invisible in Google Analytics — it shows up as “Direct” or “Unassigned”. Single-source figure: Loamly’s 446K-visit study, 2025 (cite as “industry estimate”, not a fact).
- Traditional SEO tools ignore it. Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz track Google rankings, not AI mentions.
- No one controls it. Unlike paid search or SEO, brands have no direct lever to control what AI says about them. But they can influence it — if they know what’s being said.
The Nudg3 Loop
Every customer journey through the platform follows the same loop. Each layer feeds the next, and the last loops back to the first via historical tracking. Every page in this hub fits somewhere in this loop.

What Makes Nudg3 Different
Three pillars that competitors don’t offer together:
| Pillar | What It Does | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility Score | Deterministic 0-100 metric across 6 dimensions, using unbranded query data only | A single, honest number that tracks progress over time — the optimisation metric teams align around |
| Boosters | AI-generated recommendations (opportunities, threats, quick wins) from every report, presented as actionable cards | Not just “what’s happening” but “what to do about it” — prioritised by team and impact |
| Actions Pipeline | Closed-loop system: report suggestion → tracked action → content generation → URL monitoring → feedback into next report | Turns insights into a project management workflow with measurable ROI on each action |
These three work together as the loop above: Report → Boosters → Actions → Next Report. Each report is smarter than the last because it knows what was acted on and what was dismissed.
